Our battle-of-the-states baseball tournament (simulated by Strat-O-Matic!) so far, has been going (more or less) according to form. No. 1 California knew it was facing a true challenge against Nebraska and Bob Gibson, but squeaked out a 2-1 victory behind the power of Ted Williams.
